I have used this company for 20 years, my car insurance was super overpriced, so I found a new company. I called multiple times, left messages, to get through to someone, no body every answered or called back and VM always full, so I looked them up and emailed Robert to cancel my insurance before my renewal, again no response back, so I called and called until someone answered, finally Kathy answered, she wouldn't listen to me and talked over me, obviously upset I was canceling a 20 year old policy, she assured me finally that it would be done, I believed her, then a week later they took money and over drafted that account for this policy!
After 20 years of being a loyal customer they treat you like this? They really need to re-evaluate themselves and provide better customer service, they are a small business. I honestly think Kathy dropped the ball on purpose, she was not professional in any way dealing with me, I honestly should have known. Be very careful using this place, they make promises with no follow through!
