EG is a broker for Nationwide and their home and auto rates will compete with anyone's rates. But more important to me, and what I was most impressed by, was their speed of response to my phone calls, emails, and even text! Every other place I called took way too long to get back to me and it seemed like I was on their timetable. All of my interaction was done with Kelly.
And I was thoroughly impressed at her attention to detail, patience with me, and just a general sense that she was here to serve me. Very refreshing and I will definitely refer others when applicable.

I've been with this agent company for almost ten years. Started with my auto insurance and now put my two different businesses's insurance including workers' comp. and business liability insurance under their care. They are very honest and professional. Best Service ever! I know Jay Lee and his excellent staffs since more than 20 yrs. Anne and Kelly are so polite, super-friendly and knowledgeable underwriters than ever i seen. I do have (2) insurances from EG Insurance. They compared and showed me a number before sign it via email and phone calls for better insurance premium than others. Very impressed. Don't even think about it! I had pet insurance through these people and they became real jerks. I received an email from my dog's vet saying she was due for her shots. I took her in and had them done. Turns out they were dome a few weeks too soon. Did they step up to the plate and pay the claim? No they denied it and then when I said I wanted to cancel they did so with out batting an eye.
Wonderful customer service (not). This company is not on your side and don't buy their phony commercials. What a shame that a company like this can not stand up for their customers.
