We have been with the Bushala insurance agency for years. They are very personable and do a great job. They also have very reasonable rates. We have our home and auto insurance with them and every time a professional in the industry sees what our home insurance cost is they always tell me that it can't be that low.

Freydel takes care of all the vehicles I own and she always provides help with any questions I have regarding claims or any other insurance related things. Easily one of the best insurance companies out there. Plus, she has a great staff that will answer any questions they can and if they don't know the answer, then they forward it to Freydel who responds extremely fast! 10/10 would recommend

Freydel was so patient while answering all of my questions while I was shopping around for car insurance for my first time. Any other agent probably would have hung up on me with all the questions I asked! I would definietly reccomend her to all my friends and family in the area because the service is outstanding!

3/2/18- i just called them again to cancel my last car on the policy since it wasnt registered under my name so we just added this car to our new insurance company! I talked to freydel again and she screamed in my ear! I am so upset frustrated and really felt dumb for being with her for a long time! she is the rudest person i ever talk to on the phone, no wonder no staff can last with her, i don't even know why she still have a licence to sell insurance.
She is really rude! Don't ever come to this place if you will sign up for farmers go somewhere else. if i would rate 0 star i would. we have been with farmers for 8 years! this place is a rip off! i dont know how she is able to make business! she doesnt train her staff very well, they dont know whats going on most of the time.! she is rude, not helpful. this is real story y'all. she has been charging 150 for two liablity car while triple A is a better insurance charigng me way less than that and more coverage for body injuries! this is such a terrible place. we will not be coming again, we are puling out all the card in the policy.

I would give 0 stars. Will never be coming back to this person. I would not recommend this place, specially her. She is not helpful, she rips you off, yells at you, and discriminates you for being a different race. My mom and I were with her for a couple of years and come to find out that my mom has been paying to be "insured" and when she got into a small accident, we found out she was never insured. That is insane! No wonder nobody lasts working for her, every time I go she has different people working for her. I wouldn't recommend this place is horrible!
