Been a customer for 10 years. Customer Service, Communication, Professionalism has all gone downhill since ownership has changed. Ill advised on multiple occasions. The past year I am constantly getting misinformed on rates, ect. I only find out when I get a bill or an audit. When questioning why my rates continually go up and the discrepancies, was told that by my agent that he doesn't have time to look into these issues.

I've been with Bill Springer for 10 years, and this is what long term customer treatment looks like. Super disappointing. I would recommend looking elsewhere. Somewhere that actually looks out for their customers and "has time" for them.

I've been with them since 2006 and love them! They are the best deal around. I definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Agent share two different diametrically opposite quotes on two different days. Does not take time to respond back with email or anything if they don't see you as a prospective customer. we have to go back multiple times before getting off the agency. Gets answers that they cannot find time for "us" (customers). No proper explanation about the quote. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Nothing but terrible service. Incorrect information on my proof of insurance multiple times. Rude attitude from staff.

Pat Sheridan is an incredible agent! He went out of his way to lower my premium. In fact when i left State Farm, he was able to offer me a better policy with more protection and lowered my payments by a third! These guys are the true authority in insurance. Don't believe me, shop them out. I did. Thank you Pat, keep up the good work!

I work with Brad Tibbetts at this agency. He is the best! One time my wife was pulled over and he called him and he emailed it right away so she could show the cop we had it! Saved us a ticket! Thanks Brad!

We have been customers for several years. They do a great job of shopping rates to avoid increases for equal coverage. Always very helpful when I call with a question or have a claim.

I recently moved to MI for a new job, and my former insurance guy (and friend) told me to look for a private insurer that could quote multiple companies for the best rates. I decided to try Conrad's because they were close by & had good reviews. They were very helpful in the beginning, but it wasn't until recently that I would say they went absolutely above & beyond.

I had been quoting a new vehicle, but could not lock in the insurance without the VIN. When I finally got the vehicle, the dealer told me technically I couldn't even take it off the lot without insurance (even trailered). I called Conrads about 20 minutes before their closing time & they had me insured & good to go within about a half hour. I'm sure they wanted to get out of work, but stayed to make sure the job was done & really helped me out in a bind. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. The customer service is above and beyond.

Kim was my agent today! She was so incredibly helpful with my transition from out of state! She was kind, patient, and called me back several times to follow up with me on my multiple issues. She showed empathy at my difficult situation and did literally everything she could to get me the best rate!
