I recently called him out of the blue, in search of a very specific insurance product, and he not only found what I was looking for, but remained patient and professional throughout all of my questions, emails, and calls.

I have had renters, home owner's and vehicle insurance with this company for about 4 years now. I have worked with Ron the whole time, whenever he decides to call back or listen to his messages. My paperwork is always wrong, my payments go up and down with no notification and I was signed up for some program that I didn't even qualify for.

Definitely not the best experience. I would never refer anyone to this insurance agent or agency. If a person is willing to lie about something that didn't happen regarding a direct communication then there's no telling what type of person they are. Absolutely taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunate when you attempt to use the local guy and support his business and he ends up being untrustworthy.

I was very pleased with the McGhee agency until I sold my house and I was supposed to receive a fairly large insurance refund. The person who was supposed to take care of this did not do her job to process the check. I called a couple of weeks later to check on the status and it had not been done. I was waiting on the check as it was going to be used in another transaction.

I felt like it wasn't being handled properly so I called the insurance agent and explained the issue. I was not rude to them in the way I handled it, but they were not very apologetic. I bought a house for my kids and wanted to get their home owner's insurance priced out by them and the agent would not respond to my emails, even after several tries.

Then I noticed he had unfriended me on facebook. That is fine, but in my opinion, it was very unprofessional, especially when they were the ones not doing their job. I'm sure the other agents there are more professional and I am being nice not throwing that specific agent under the bus. They've lost my business and I will not recommend them to anybody in the future as I had in the past.

We were with AAA for the longest time, but when they stopped covering Arkansas, McGhee shopped around until they found a comparable replacement and then made sure our rates did not go up as well as kept us from losing any amenities/benefits in the transition. Any time I have an insurance question, I call them and they are quick to assist me. I've even called to get rates on small business insurance. I've never been disappointed in this company. They are great!
