Called in regards to a simple question that Jenny could've clearly answered, nicely in a professional manner. However, Jenny was very rude, unprofessional and refused to answer questions I had in regards to my health insurance policy, she will tell you to call them directly! (Blue Cross) She acts as if she's too good to answer a telephone!

After using them through my work place for over 3 years, had my address incorrect the whole time. Which explains why I never received my paperwork. How does that happen? I also found out I was paying for extra stuff I had declined. Too late to change that now. Oh, still waiting for my cards to show up in the mail. Any day right? Any. Day.

The most unprofessional place I've ever did business with, I've been calling for over a month just to get policy number. I'm always told someone will give me a call back, after giving them my name and number four times in the last month. Still no one has contacted me it even tried to help! I just want to scream, this place is terrible.
