This is the worst insurance company ever! I had cancer insurance with them and they gave me a brochure stating i could keep them as long as i made my payments. I made my payments in advance always. I was canceled for no reason and when i would call customer service they would say ok we will send you a new policy but they never did. I called them 8 different days and talked to their customer service and each time they said they were sending a new policy and a bill but i never received it. I am perfectly healthy with no health issues. I gave them a 1 but they deserve a zero!

Do NOT buy insurance from this company. Thru a series of errors on basic life insurance issues by several employees, my insurance is in jeopardy. My limit dropped by 50% @ age 65, I was given a new premium rate. When I paid it, I was told, "our mistake", premium remains same until a month before your next birthday. Told them I was sending the additional premium, which they cashed.

In mail today I have a refund check of the first amount I paid saying they couldn't accept a partial premium. A series of employees don't know how their policy works, don't document phone calls & then say "oh, sorry" when through their actions you find your policy is considered not paid. Heaven help people who rely on the thought the employees know what they are talking about

I have been getting TDI payments while recovering from some heart issues and a rotator cuff repair. They have been on the ball with paying me w
