Aging parent taken advantage of with encounters such as: 1) Previous claim was closed without a notice and or explanation. 2) Agent did not show up for appointment nor return calls. 3) Extremely expensive - aging Father's price was more than DOUBLE to another company. 4) When speaking on my Father's behalf regarding the treatment and rates, the agent towered over my Father demanding he speak for himself.
There were other disrespectful moments towards my Father and myself with this company -- so buyers BEWARE when investing your hard-earned money into a company who dishonors the elderly and others in such a devaluing way. If this company is willing to compromise its business character with my aging Father in such a distasteful manner, what will they do to you? Sincerely - a loving and caring daughter protecting the elderly. If I could give this business negative stars, I would.

We went there to get business insurance for our company. Was very impressed upon our arrival. We were treated very professional and seems like we they had known us for years. Made us feel very comfortable and very informative. Great doing business with these types of people. Looking forward to building a business relationship with. Stovall and Mark's.
