You definitely get one on one customer service, a real live person to help you with filing a claim, or just general questions about your policy. No push 5 for a customer service rep. It's nice to have an agent you can go see in person and know they will be there to help you when you need it most. Go to Burnett &Accociates. You'll be glad you did.

In the past, I had my insurance with companies such as Alfa and Geico. I let Burkett & Associates research with MANY companies to find me a better deal and they did! I couldn't believe the cost difference. More importantly, they increased my coverage limits by 5 times and still saved me money on my premiums! They showed me several options from several companies, and I liked seeing that I had more than one choice. I only wish that I had done this years ago. They can meet ALL insurance needs!
