I've had two insurance policies with Ellinger Riggs insurance for over six years and was better off having no insurance at all. These guys are absolutely worthless. Called them when I had a pipe break causing a flood. My contractor said, " there's not a policy out there that wouldn't cover this issue." Well except for the one they sold me! Man these guys really pathetic.

They responded, " Well you should of purchased a better policy." I went off what you recommended! I live in California where policies are less which makes no sense. Bottom line: they sell junk policies for high prices.

I've been a client with Ellinger Riggs for several years now, and they handle my home, auto, and liability. A few years back we had high winds come through and blow a few shingles off the roof and loosen several more. The insurance company came out and initially wanted to replace only a portion of the roof, which would have resulted in discolored and mismatched shingles. Ellinger Riggs went to bat for us, worked their magic, and we ended up with a whole new roof using the latest high-quality materials and with a great warranty, for the cost of the deductible on our homeowners policy.
