Bought the home owner insurance for my new home with them. The agent Steve gave a pretty good price with Safeco at the beginning and I proceeded to purchase the insurance. However, the closing date was one week late. So I revised the policy effective date to save money. Then I received a bill with new premium of $100 increase! I called Steve, all kind of excuses. This is the most dishonest angency I have ever worked with. Terrible.
