We can't say enough about Citiwide Adjusters, INC. especially Mr. Harry Kantor. In today's climate, the insurance companies are not your friend. They are only trying to settle claims as quickly and cheaply as possible. Everyone needs a strong advocate and champion on their side to navigate the insurance world. Mr. Kantor fits the bill to a tee. He really goes to bat for his clients and takes every claim personally.

Citiwide did a wonderful job helping me with an insurance claim involving a hot water heater that gave out and caused a variety of types of damage. We called Citiwide for help on Super Bowl Sunday as our kitchen was destroyed from a water leak. Given it was a Sunday, let alone Super Bowl Sunday, I was fully expecting a call the next day or in a few hours. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back within minutes! Jim was out the very next day along with a mitigation team to minimize any more damage, and from that point forward took care of every interaction with the insurance company so that nothing was over looked or the insurance company didn't try to rip us off.

Citiwide Public Adjusters were professional and responsive in dealing with our bathroom flooding into the living room, dining room and full force flooding of the basement. They came quickly and accessed the situation. They designed a course of action. CPA helped get most of the repairs paid for and we were able to finish the rest. Our home looks beautiful.
