I started a Yelp account just to get on here and tell others to NOT use this agency for Insurance needs. They do not do what they say there going to do and your calls do not get returned. When canceling my policy, I had to call my bank to get my money back because I couldn't get somebody from Rezai to call me back. This is by far the worst experience I've had as a paying customer for any service. Beware, stay away.
