Jan, 2021. Update, once again MLM does a great job!.I'm in property management and have worked with Mark Musick and his team on multiple occasions. They are very effective when it comes to working with insurance companies and repairing property damage. It makes no sense for me to waste my time dealing with my clients loss when MLM will do a better job quickly mitigating and repairing damage & working with the adjustor than I could possibly do.

Mark Musick and his team at MLM are the guys to call for any emergency board up or insurance claim situation. I'm a property manager. They work with the insurance company and get property rentable again fast. They have helped my many times. Why would I waste time with a loss when MLM does it better and faster than I ever could? I cant sign these guys praises enough!

Mark and his team took care of my apartment! His team showed up in a timely manner and got the job done efficiently and well! Highly recommend Musick Loss Management!

Three times they've saved us from damage. Workers showed up quickly, helped mitigate and minimize damage, able to do repairs in a timely manner, good communication. They would let me know who was coming over, and when, and what they were going to do. Workers were always pleasant and worked quickly. Every time they've repaired things they look the same or better.

I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience with Musick Loss Management. We had significant water damage to our rental property that our insurance offered to cover only a small fraction of the cost but with the help of MLM we received enough to cover all the damages. Not only that but the construction repair work that was done in our unit by MLM was top of the line, every decision was well communicated and they worked efficiently to get our tenant back in the unit. Brian Nondorf who managed the process went above and beyond our expectations, from consulting with us before, during and after and delivering the most exceptional service.

We worked with Ivette Ramos on our remodel for our whole house. We had the upstairs completely done, adding a new bathroom, a master bedroom, a playroom, and our son's room. The construction lasted from March through August, and considering how much was done in a short amount of time, everything went very smoothly, even while we were still living in the house during the remodel.

The contractors who came through the house were always so courteous and always kept us in the loop with any changes or problems that we could potentially run into. We were completely happy with the results!

Musick sent two employees -Paul and Israel --to drywall and paint at my home. They did the most professional job of any firm I have ever dealt with. I am president of my condo board and will definitely recommend to other unit owners.

Mark, Brian and his team were invaluable throughout the loss and recovery process after a sewer back up in the basement of our office. They were prompt and paid great attention to detail. I hope we don't need to use them again, but wouldn't hesitate to do so if we suffered another loss in the future. At about the same time, a pipe burst in my father's house causing considerable water damage, as well as damage to the pipes and wall where the pipe burst.

Mark and his tram helped us through the insurance process, clean up and recovery. His office arranged everything, I didn't have to bring in anyone on my own! It was a huge load off my shoulders.

Well run organization that offers great services at a reasonable price. The employees pay attention to detail and they didn't even make the smallest of mistakes. If you have damage in your home, give them a call.

I experienced a water backup sewage in April. I was recommended to us Musick loss management by the gentleman that represents my building over at Kass Management. I worked with both Mark and Ivette. They were both very professional. Mark came with Ivette to assets the damages caused by the water backup. They both created a proposal to send over to my insurance so that my insurance could provide the necessary funds to restore the damages caused by water in my unit.

What I was most pleased about was how helpful Ivette was with me. I had to call and email her several times regarding updates from my insurance. She was quick to respond and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone!
