LA Van Insurance

I initially was referred to them due to having to get an SR 22 policy. Due to the fact that they're so friendly and efficient after a few years I added on liability and ended my other insurer. I ended up saving and I even added roadside assistance. The first time that my car battery died the driver took longer than expected but still got the job done.

Today I unfortunately ended up stranded due to my car stopping in the middle of traffic. Due to this I assumed the ETA would be a bit off. Not only did the driver arrive in half the Eta, he was friendly knowledgeable and made the process smooth. After having had the unpleasant surprise of my car breaking down, it was a breath of fresh air to know I am actually paying for real coverage. The driver's name is Ninos I believe, Thank you!

Lavan is great, and the employees have always been very nice. Today I made a payment over the phone, and Elise helped me. She was very kind and helpful. I was able to make my payment quickly and efficiently. I've used Lavan for over a year and have no complaints. The ladies are so kind and quick to assist me every time I've called.

Horrible customer service. i was charged a 70 dollar late fee for being 20 days late with my payment. I also was charged 5 dollars for using my debit card. That's ridiculous to charge fees like this in these times, (corona virus ) has impacted my towing company as many other small business. There was no compassion when I spoke with the manager /owner and was rudely told there was nothing they would do for me. I strongly suggest doing any and all commercial policies elsewhere.

Such a great experience with my representative Angelica. She was helpful and curtious. Overall, I have been with LaVan Insurance for over five years and all the staff is always professional and accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend this agency to anyone really.

Roughly about 7 months ago: Jessica and Elise were phenomenal. Long story short, I switched ownership for my car and I had to get a brand new insurance policy on the spot. Initially, Jessica processed everything with a warm demeanor and made it a swift and effective process. The rates are equally phenomenal. Jessica was able to process everything via phone.

She was going to send me the documents via e-mail, but I came in the office instead. From start to finish, everyone was extremely welcoming. Jessica was on the phone so she wasn't able to assist me, but Elise was able to finalize my documents. Elise and Jessica explained everything in detail. My experience was amazing. Will definitely spread the word to my fellow peers if they ever need auto insurance!
