I pay for the monthly payment I can't even get anyone to help me with my password reset to get into my account so I can get a copy of my insurance. Just emails and robots on here Edit 6.1.22 402 pm Jesus Gonzalez reached out to me and helped me figure out what was wrong and helped me get to where I needed to be. Thank you all your help. Made all my problems go away

We will not be renewing our policy we were in our home less than a month and had sudden ensuing water damage occur in our kitchen (I had just paid to have the kitchen painted) after 9 months of pictures, plumbers reports, water mitigation reports they still will not cover our damages claiming "long term" damage again we were in our home for less tham 2 months when this occurred they were rude, ruthless and heartless. Bad buisness. never again

Anyone with a motorcycle or other insurable vehicle, do not use Pacific Specialty Insurance Company. When my old bike got totaled they continued to charge me Insurance on it for 4 months (even though I repeatedly called and emailed them telling them to stop because I no longer have the bike). They messed up with the vin number on my new bike and the DMV had no record of it being insured so my registration was revoked for it and I had to pay a late fee and go into the DMV to show proof of insurance instead of just paying online.
Now when I tried to cancel my insurance renewal because I got tired of them messing up, they charged me anyway for the down payment and renewal fees. I specifically emailed the person back when she emailed me asking if I would like to renew saying that I would not like to renew.yet here we are, money missing from my account anyway. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I really appreciate this insurance company and the employees here, especially Pam Thi. She was very helpful on all my questions and walked me through a different situation we had. Thank you for the awesome job and putting your customers first. I highly recommend this company to everyone that would like honest and sincere employees

Worst company ever, I filled a claim back I. December 2021 and to this day I haven't heard from them. I call the adjuster 15 times and his supervisor 3, left messages and still haven't heard from them. Thank god I found a lawyer who's going to help me with this matter. Yes you can sue them if you have all the proof of all your efforts to contact them and try to settle.
Do yourself a favor stay away from this company. A class A lawsuit coming there way. I found a lot of people who's adjuster neglected them, no call backs, no matter how many voicemails you leave or emails. Many customer are joint the lawsuit be ready for the class A lawsuit paper to arrive at your house.

Jill is wonderful. She is so helpful every time I call into Pacific Specialty. She goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered and is very knowledgeable. We have a great relationship with the service team at Pacific Specialty. They are always responsive, helpful, and kind. We love working with this company as the agent.

Communicative on a claim, but denied on the payout of claim related to tree on the roof. Creating access to the damaged area and a safe work zone is always included in an equipment assisted rooftop tree removal, but they refuse to pay and won't follow customary and standard protocol. We are noting this and doing work for these guys again. Meanwhile the elderly FIXED INCOME homeowner has to pay full cost of tree removal off a roof. every homeowners policy covers windblown hazards on the roof and the pacific manager tells me they won't cover even 20 percent of the bill to remove. Logic and precedent and a hundred other claims didn't sway him so here is his review.

Let me start by saying, this insurance company will cover under your policy as long as you report your "issue" the very minute you experience it (like even before you put towels down on your floor due to a water leak) otherwise, they'll say you "waited too long to report the issue" and therefore it is outside the coverage period. My issue is that the agent we had to work with (Jennifer) was incredibly hard to get a hold of.
We'd leave messages and send emails and wouldn't hear back from her until days later. We complained once to her supervisor and then she took our calls but the second issue we encountered was delayed once again and she got "snippy" with us when we brought up the lack of response on her side. Here is my suggestion to the big Managers at this company, "your clients pay for your service, so you should provide it with excellence.

I'm glad we have our homeowners insurance and earthquake insurance with Pacific Specialty Insurance. Matt Tackett, you're the best! We had no idea about filing a claim but he explained it well, helped us with the processing. It was a surprisingly fast and smooth process. He sets a high bar with this one and with the overall service. Excellent work, service and fast response times! Thank you!
