The team at Lang first helped with our health insurance and then Medicare. I recently reviewed all our other insurance needs - auto, homeowners, earthquake and umbrella liability. We received a comprehensive list of options and expert guidance in choosing the best coverage. We also saved several hundred dollars. Lang doesn't take orders. It serves up a hearty menu of service. Every question was answered. Every request was fulfilled. You simply often don't find such service before, during and after the proverbial sale.

We have had our insurance with Lang for a couple of years now. This year we seemed to make several changes with vehicles, home, etc and they were super helpful and patient. They have great rates and several different companies that they can check with to see which works best for you. Each one of the people I worked with was extra kind and responsive with calling back and providing quotes. I highly recommend!

They must be too busy for new business. I sent an email requesting a quote for multiple lines. Never got a response so I called. Gave Megan all of my information. She said she would have the quote by Friday. Here it is Wednesday and no word from her. Won't be getting my business. I prefer to work with someone who has good customer service.

Lang Insurance was one of the places I got quotes from when trying to select Homeowner's Insurance with a joint multi-car auto plan. My broker, Beth, was really great at helping my boyfriend and I decide on a plan that was right for us. I am new to the world of insurance purchasing and it was kind of hectic/stressful because I had so many quotes to work with, but thankfully she was able to sit down with us and explain everything.

She was able to get us a Cincinnati plan that included earthquake insurance which was nice. She also worked with my boyfriend to get him a cheaper quote than what he was currently paying for auto insurance with another company. She was able to save my boyfriend $400/year on auto! But keep in mind this is with my homeowners bundled with my auto. But still. SAVINGS.

Holy cow. What I like about Lang is that they're a local, small, family-owned business and it's clear from visiting their office that they care about the community. They do a lot of local programs to help raise money for organizations in the surrounding areas. And Beth is super nice. We chatted with her about other things besides just insurance while we were there, and it's great to work with such a down-to-earth person. So yes, I'd recommend Lang.
