If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for a review of my current policies and told them I'd like to consolidate and get the proper coverage. All they did is give quotes for apples to apples. Didn't take into account that my needs have recently changed. Find a professional that will tell you what you need and help make sure you have coverage. not just be like geico (cheap)

And over the years, my extended family and I have had to file claims for roofs and car accidents and fire and flood. These can be complicated and it has been so worth it to have an Agent - ours is Larry Nolte - who walks us through the process successfully every time.
Some people shop insurance over the phone for the cheapest price not even knowing who their agent is. Larry shops the prices for me and when we need him to adjust or update our policies - adding and subtracting cars, drivers, addresses, etc., we can rest assured that it has been done and done correctly. I am extremely satisfied with my agent, Larry Nolte and the Crawford-Butz Agency.

Braden Rheinecker is my point of contact in that office and he is outstanding! Anytime I need anything he takes care of it promptly. I also enjoy his consistency when it comes to constantly looking for lower rates. At the end of the day it's about good coverage for a great cost and Braden makes sure that happens. I have always been a "shopper" when it comes to any major purchase and I have done the same thing with my homeowners and automobile insurance. Whenever I have compared rates against what Vicky can do for me she has always come out ahead. Tracy Schmitz at Crawford Butz has been our agent, and we couldn't be more satisfied with her assistance.
