Before calling, please be sure to have your policy number and claim details available for the claims adjuster. After your claim is filed, the insurance carrier will forward a copy of your claim report to our office.

After being a customer for several years, when we needed them the most, they will not return phone calls. After a severe auto accident we have tried repeatedly to reach this company and there is only an answering service to take calls. Nobody ever returned our call so we have dealt directly with the insurance company - and will definitely take our business to a different agent. Apparently these folks have enough business and don't feel they need to service their customers.
