Although I cancelled my policy with them this week due to buying and house and getting a joint policy with my wife, I have had such a positive experience with them that I know if something goes wrong with our joint policy we will be back. Carmelita has always been so helpful, and even after I cancelled, went above and beyond to help me again. Thank you so much to the whole team at Main Street!

This is a great company to do business with. We use Main Street for our P&L and Group Health Insurance. I am very happy with their focus on great customer service.

It took him 4 hours to finally tell me they weren't coming to get my car. and then when they finally came and got it today they took it to the wrong destination. Yesterday when I called to get Towing the representative tried to make me take my card to a garage of his choosing or else my insurance would not cover it. when I called back to talk to another representative they told me it was free. 4 hours later they still have not gotten my car. fast forward till today and they have my car and they've delivered it somewhere and nobody knows where it's at. I've been waiting over an hour and they've not even called. do not use them for your insurance you would be better off to not have any at all. very dissatisfied customer
