After almost 9 years of working with RJR Insurance, I got a quote and found a better rate for an identical product. I was showing a balance of $57 due after my cancellation, I attempted to contact Mandi and Andrea to discuss the matter and never received a call back, after leaving voicemails requesting a return call. I received a letter today from credit collection services (a debt collector) regarding the $57 balance.
I assume they would rather send this item to collections, than to return a phone call to answer a few questions I had concerning this matter. Complete classless handling of a minor situation, from a 9 year customer! You guys attempted to destroy my credit history and I will attempt to warn other prospective clients (and the bbb) of your inappropriate handling of my file.

Bob is a great professional! He helps explain the web of insurance with ease and in terms normal folks can understand. I've known many others that swear by Bob's customer service. How many other agents will give you their personal number and answer it when needed. I highly recommend Bob, he's no nonsense, honest, and great to work with!
