Recently worked with Clark Harrell on coverage for our RV which we live full-time in. Clark was AWESOME, frankly the best insurance experience I've ever had! Their agency wasn't licensed in our home state when we first called but Clark stayed on it and when they were licensed he let us know. We got MORE coverage for LESS money with Progressive than what we were able to get working directly with Progressive. I HIGHLY recommend Clark and this agency!

After researching a solid insurance agency for my new fifth wheel - i came across Marty via a strong recommendation by the RV Odd Squad. Marty took care of me, despite a literal last second request for a insurance policy on my brand new fifth wheel. We feel very lucky to have Clark Harrell be our agent during our search for an RV insurance. By far an amazing experience working with Clark over at Charlotte Insurance! Always super responsive (often within the hour) and was great working through what I truly needed vs what I didn't. His patience while I was finding my ideal rig (which took months) was refreshing as he never pressured me or felt like he was becoming tired of waiting on me. From the moment I sent the initial inquiry email, Charlotte Insurance was amazing! An agent reached out within 10-15min of my email. We dealt with Clark Harrell. Clark was extremely helpful and courteous. He found discounts and helped us compare CI to our current insurance company.
