Good place to work, although there does seem to be a high-ish turnover rate in certain departments, but that's the nature of the business. Pay is definitely a LOT lower in some departments, too, which is a part of the cause of the turnover. It's a family-owned and operated business, so it has it's positives and negatives, but the small community of co-workers is great.
