I called Mr Rob and he abused me with very harsh words and spoke badly to me. Then I called them again. Mike said to me that no one has that name. Rob doesn't work here. They are liars. very bad behavior. Not recommended. I have a recording of that call from Rob abusing me.

Every time I call or go to the office I get best customer service. Very friendly, knowledgeable. Great place to go if you need insurance.

The Bill Wallace Insurance Agency is a family run business. It is currently run by Rob and Mike Wallace, sons of Bill, who ran the company before them. Bill taught his sons to treat all people like they would want to be treated themselves. He instilled in them a generosity towards others in life and to spread cheer at every chance they could. This has led them to be very good at dealing with their clients, going above and beyond what most people would expect from an insurance agent.

As you can see from the other reviews, Rob is exceptional at being a people person and doing his job. He is very accommodating, down to earth and gets along with EVERYONE! He will do his best to get you the lowest rate possible and you will walk away with a smile on your face after dealing with Rob. If only the world had more people like Rob in it, what a great place it would be!

The Bill Wallace staff is without a doubt the best place to get your insurance needs fulfilled. I send my family members and friends here and always refer people here if they even mention the word insurance.

I come to this office because I love their service. Rob and Donna are great! Rob helps make good recommendations and everyone there is so helpful and friendly. I had left and went to AAA for awhile and came back that same year because I realized that with service charges it actually ended up costing more. They always make things work and everything is done quickly and easily. They helped me deal with a claim later on and had the issue resolved very quickly so I could put that behind me.

I have worked with Rob at Mercury Insurance on two different occasions (auto and renter insurance) and he has been absolutely wonderful. I recently purchased my first car so this is the first time I've had to get my own policy from start to finish. Rob has always been available to answer my calls and walked me through every line item on the quote.

I relocated to California a couple years ago and was reccomended to Bill Wallace Insurance Agency for my insurance. I was so worried my rates would go WAY up after moving from the south but they got me a quote about the same I was paying before. I also bought a new car and they made the process of swtiching cars so easy. Also advise when I got a couple tickets. Speak with Rob!

I found Rob through Google. There was many options out there but I'm glad I went with him. GREAT quotes and he's cool. I priced around to other companys and I personally came from AAA and farmers he beat both their rates with the same coverage. Now aside from all numbers, reason I like coming back to this particular building, is because everyone is very helpful.
