I have worked with a few insurance agencies but CAI Insurance tops them all. Jerri is one of the sweetest people I think I have ever spoke to. She is patient and kind and will get you what you need. Jennifer Cundiff she is one of a kind! We had 1 week to switch from one insurance company to the next and she made it happen! As a business client of CAI for the past 20 years I have always found that they are able to act in my best interests AND the interest of the Insurance carriers. That is a very fine line to walk and CAI does it superbly. Recently I was aggressively approached for my business by another agent and CAI went to bat for me with the carrier and worked really hard to keep my business. If you're looking for a good Insurance agent, you couldn't do better than these guys!

I have been a client of CAI since I became an adult and had to start paying my own way! I actually found them through and friend and immediately began working with Tony. Since then I've worked with many of their associates and have always had a wonderful experience. They take the time to learn your needs and have always found the best coverage at affordable prices.
I recently purchased a new home and instantly got a call from Tony excited wanting to know everything. We talked about the house while he looked up the photos online and told me how excited he was for me. That doesn't happen at any other place I've done business. I thanked him and jokingly said my relationship with CAI is the longest and most successful one I've had.
I don't generally take the time to review anything but after this last gesture of kindness, I thought it was necessary. They didn't have to care I purchased a home. They took time and noticed that I wanted to upgrade to different policies through an email, and called to share my excitement. That deserves a review in my book.

Could not be happier with the service. Called to see if I could save myself some money by switching to another company. Talking to Tony and Jill allowed me to see my options and save money. They were very straight forward. Gave me ALL my options with suggestions making it easy for me to make the right decision. Even after years of doing business with them they get back to me quickly to help me with any questions. I would HIGHLY recommend CAI to anyone looking into it.
