Tammy Hartz at McGowan is the best commercial agent on the planet. She is always quick to respond to my queries and goes out of her way to make sure that we have a policy the fully encompasses our insurance needs. It isn't a hyperbolic statement when I say that she is the best.

Well I had not only the most embarrassing interview of my life about halfway through it, when I mixed up this interview with my last interview that day. It was on Zoom and for some God awful reason, it's already on my dern phone! Yet when I sign on, I'm signed in under my 7yr old daughter!?!? Lol so of course the video and speaker was cut off from parental controls, but that's from her devise (tablet, iPod)!

I was literally scurrying around with this phone for a solid minute! The entire time, Lee was very patient, he had no clue who R. G##d*n was but he stayed online patiently, we had a good chuckle out of it once I figured out how to turn "her" off lol. Unfortunately with no experience in "Underwriting" or this type of very cool "niche" and the bombed I dropped using a different companies name, I can't say I blame him lol!

I'm comfortable where I'm at, I just want more is all (no not just more $) I want more knowledge, designations, my 2-20 license! I'm paid well and full healthcare is paid for me and my daughter. One day something will come up where I'm not such a nut from being buried in work for over a year! Or the possibility of these companies willing to train is always a great thing! Our business has been using McGowan Insurance group for our business insurance for years which includes our Business Liability, Automobile Coverage, & Worker's Compensation. Their service has always been great and they communicate with us quickly & efficiently. Thankfully we haven't had many claims over the years, but one time we had quite the claim on a tile floor with a difficult customer. Madison Rethlake Gillund is my personal insurance representative with McGowan Insurance Group and she has taken care of our personal insurance needs for years. Madison really researches and always presents the best coverage for the best price. Also any questions I have she responds promptly and with the requested data. McGowan has also provided business insurance for my firm and for my rental properties. If ever there was any dispute between us and the carrier McGowan was always there to expedite it's resolution.
