I found Focus Insurance after getting dropped by another company and from the start I felt taken care of and confident in their service. They insured my vehicle for almost 5 years before I moved to Tennessee and unfortunately had to switch agents. When I called after my move, Susan answered all my questions about what the move would mean for me and took her time to explain my options late in a Friday afternoon. I couldn't ask for better people to work with for car insurance and I'll miss them here in Tennessee.

I am very pleased with the service I receive. I have been with them for over 30yrs ( including with the previous owner). Suzan is amazing! She is such a caring, so thought full with outstanding customer service. I would recommend this agent for any one who is looking for insurance.

Susan is always so friendly and helpful. I called Infinity and they told me my policy was going to non-renew on May 7th because I have a business. I panic thinking I wouldn't have any insurance. Susan was in her car she said. I will call you when I get home. She explained that I just needed to send in the vehicle registration for all cars. I gathered the info and emailed her after hours.

She immediately respond and said, I will get the information to Infinity in the morning. I have remained with Focus for close to 10 years because Susan is always available to help me with any concerns.
