If I was able how to put a negative star I would, but one was the lowest possible. I was violated by a hotel in Atlanta and was told to contact Judd, an employee at this agency. Little did I know it was all smoke and mirrors, nothing but stall tactics and for lack of a better phrase the theoretical "run around ". I've been patiently waiting for some sort of correspondence but to no avail. idk how these people operate but I hope they make an effort to get in contact with me

I went with them as their rates were excellent and my initial experience with Erin was a quality one. It quickly went downhill from there. No responses for weeks. When I finally got in touch with Erin she did not fix the mistake the way I inquired and rather than work on it they sent me a policy cancellation for the end of the month. I'm sorry I left State Farm and quickly went back. If you want an exceptional insurance experience all around look up Nikki McCauley and her State Farm location.

Spoke to Judd and he not only gave me a superb quote for my business but also pointed out how I was under insured in other areas of the business that left me open to greater liability that my other agent did not pick up. Also wrote the policy the same day as I was on a time crunch. Will be using him for my other insurance needs. Extremely professional and would highly recommend. Again thank you Judd for everything!

This is the best insurance company in the state of Georgia. How do I know you ask, because, they service my insurance needs.
