Taun Stewart called and asked for my business and I figured I'd give him a shot. It quickly became clear we had made a great move. His responsiveness, knowledge, and attention to detail is excellent. I even trust him with my own clients, and refer them to Taun for any health insurance or employee benefits needs. GBS, the agency Taun works with, is very robust and provides a lot of specialized resources as well which Taun has introduced to us.

Utterly incompotent staff, namely Dawn, who took a month to call my husband back and had no clue as to the circumstances of her client, that the client owned two companies that he was bouncing my husband back and forth on groups between them in order to skirt the national COBRA laws. She claimed she was unable to use a phone or pass on the case to another agent for an entire month and yelled at me because she was unwell and allegedly on her deathbed for that month.

Starting a new venture is always hard. We needed insurance benefits and Taun at GBS made the process painless and as stress free as possible. Taun Stewart helped us quickly quote, compare, and implement Health Insurance for our company. He has been very responsive even outside of business hours. He was dedicated to finding the right solution for us. I whole heartedly recommend GBS and Taun.

I came to GBS to manage my company health insurance after my last broker would not even answer the phone. I was having problems with my underwriter paying for claims. Taun Stewart got involved personally and handled all of my claim issues. I received constant text, email & phone call from Taun on the progress until he had all of my issues fixed. I was told nine months ago that my family and I had dental and vision coverage. We've been working to get our insurance cards (which still have not been sent after nine months) but were told we didn't need them and that we could use our membership number. The last time we tried the is physician and staff were not able to find us anywhere in their system and we were forced to pay out of pocket, after over a month of emails and phone calls GBS finally confirmed that they messed up and had not ensured that my coverage went through and that we had not been covered for the past nine months.

I've waited another week since they said my coverage was now fixed for them to show proof of confirmation and send my cards and provide me with a way to submit a claim for the out of pocket expense of our previous visit. I was also told they would figure out a refund for the previous nine months of insurance I'd paid for but not received. I'm still waiting for all of this.

Their customer service is unorganized, I've received multiple phone calls and emails from different reps all stating different things, all promising results which have yet to be delivered. They provide timelines and then never call/email you to follow through. For instance, they said my reimbursement would take 7-10 days. I emailed them yesterday (21 days later) and they still do not have any answers.

They forgot to follow up (like usual) and didn't complete the simple task they said they'd take care of. If you are looking for an insurance broker for your company, do not settle with GBS, they cause more grief they relief and will make your job much harder than it has to be.
