Being referred to Nate was one of the biggest gifts thus far in 2021. Last week, I unexpectedly found myself thrust into the very confusing world of securing insurance outside of an employer-offered plan. Not only was I at a loss for a starting point, but I was also dealing with a remarkably tight deadline. A friend recommended I contact Nate to see if he could help me find a solution that would suit our family.

Not only did Nate find a plethora of options, but he did so with such speed and efficiency that I was able to select a plan that would work for our specific situation in record time. I have a local chiropractic office and I accept Medicare. I spoke with Nate, as I was wanting to change my Medicare plan that I had. He asked me several questions, so he could get a feel for my situation. We settled on a plan, but I had several questions. At ALL times he was patient, professional, friendly, and took his time to help me. He had to contact the provider for a question that I had and got back to me quickly.

After we had spoken 2-3 times on the phone, I was ready to sign up for a plan. Once that was completed, he said that I could call anytime with any questions that may come up. Medicare is tricky and I was thankful that I had someone to walk me thru the process.

Nate does an excellent job of breaking down the plans and explaining them in a way that make it easy for our employees to choose what is the best plan for them.
