First of all, I received a great price when I signed up. After about 2 months an underwriter decided I wasn't getting the right coverage and just upped my premium with no notice. Then I try to get a resolution and Kerri is an absolute nightmare to get a hold of. so disappointed. Still waiting on my refund to get me back to where I asked for.

Do not go with this company. They brokered the insurance on several of my commercial properties. They knew that there was an issue with multiple clients that went through Capitol Indemnity having their insurance cancelled with no notification, and yet they never went through their list of clients to ensure that they were covered. I didn't find out until I called to file a claim and found out my insurance was cancelled 4 months ago!
They said "they were frustrated too" and "we are so sorry" but that doesn't pay for my building damage. Bottom line, they have an ethical responsibility to ensure that their clients know if they are not being covered, and they blatantly disregarded their ethical responsibility. I'm not sure if it was laziness or an unwillingness to admit wrong-doing, but either way that is not a quality you want in a broker that is supposed to be watching out for you. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Stay away all all costs! I have never dealt with such incompetent people in all my life! We switched from United to Travelers insurance. You would think that canceling United would have been a no brainier. Especially when they had a couple weeks to take care of it. In fact, I would have expected a refund for the two weeks into the month that we had paid for, but didn't use because we switched.
You can imagine my surprise when United withdrew from my account. It happened the day before payday. I had a few hundred dollars, so wasn't worried. Now my account is negative because they couldn't get this right. I could add to this, but I think you get the point. go ANYWHERE ELSE but here!

Simply Cuz starting from the manager through the others employees are careless people with customers, to be hones they care with people only when they wants get money that's it, otherwise personally they make me lost 601$ by one of there agent his name is Abdullah were I've gave him my insurance fees by cash and he simply denied receiving it, which made me lose exactly 701$ because of the company's folly and the bad way how they treated with me, finally I met the owner personally and he promised to retrieve my right but did not do anything but he only began not to respond to my calls, in the end I really sorry that I have ever dealt with this unfortunate company.
