Great place to go rent office spaces especially now while they are renovating the upper floors. What I seen so far it's very nice inside and they have a few rental spaces on the ground floor with an awesome staff.

Called 3 separate phone numbers I found online and each one of them went to a voicemail that said "sorry we are in a meeting, call back later". Seemingly not a very professional/reliable organization.

I have been trying to contact NC Mutual concerning a mistake they made concerning an elderly parent. Their contact process via their website does not work which to me is an indication of poor customer service. Further an elderly policy holder should not be put in the position of asking an attorney to help them because of a potential Insurance company mistake, unconscionable.
