Only farm property was covered at first. Then in 1905 a Town Property department was added. Today, the company continues to actively insure farms, homeowners, rental properties, and mobile home policies. The company staff immediately went to work helping policyholders get their lives and properties back together.
This program provides coverage for rental properties, the contents in them, and the liability coverage a landlord needs. Kansas Mutual began as a farm company over 100 years ago. Today, thousands of Kansas Farmers still rely on Kansas Mutual for their farm coverage needs.
