Since Amy left this place has went down hill. Our rates all raised extremely higher than necessary service is poor no longer about helping the customer in my opinion which is sad because I was loyal customer. They lost the business of my entire household and any referrals in the future. It took us less than 5 minutes making calls to find way more coverage at a cheaper rate than what we had through them. Shop around folks dont get scammed.

Ive never made an internet review before but ive also never been spoken to with such disrespect and unwillingness to help before either. I was told they would not provide me with proof of my current policy nor email anything to my new company for me to qualify for a previous insurance discount. She spoke badly of my new company and their choice of carrier to place me with and even about the people who work at my new company. Totally professional!

I can't believe the type of customer service (if you can call it that) that I experienced from this business. I called three times to try to get ahold of someone who could give me a quote.all three times I was put on hold for over 8 minutes. Then when someone finally answered they were very rude and acted frustrated. Glad I chose to not waste my money here. At least with this business you know you can judge a book by its cover.
