I've been with Family Insurance for 8 years now and every single time I have ever called or emailed them I get an immediate response. My small business shut down for 18 months during Covid and Matt Moreno provided the financial assistance I needed at the time, to endure the entire 18 month shutdown. I am back up and running strong and Matt will continue to call me and provide updates and info to my policy.
They also have a super, super competitive rate. Price aside, I wouldn't leave Family Insurance because I don't trust another carrier to take care of my business needs the way they do. Many times I have requests from customers for copies of my COI and I will receive the document back from Family Insurance within in 24 hrs and many times same day to within hours. Can't say enough about Matt and the team!
