My husband and I been with this company for close to 20 years and I can honestly say that the customer service Mendez & Associates provides is held at the highest standards I have ever experienced. Over this time I have dealt with a handful of the staff (over the phone and in person) and not one time was I ever disappointed. The friendly professional service I received is always second to none.

I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. Everyone at this office practices the same level of customer service as Mendez & Associates makes customer service their priority. With that said I must put in extra words on behalf of Eric and Al as they were very helpful recently. These guys work patiently and efficiently while maintaining a pleasant demeanor. You can feel the sincerity as they tell you to "HAVE A LUCKY DAY!"

The professionalism and customer service I received from Al was above and beyond my expectations. He advised me my insurance company was no longer serving its clients, however he set me up with another insurance company, the inspection date and most of all a better rate. I have been their customer for years now and they always work on getting me the best deal. They always explain to me what I'm getting and are very helpful. I lOVE that they are easy contact and always answer you back either with a call, text, or email. Even the owner of the company once work with me on a holiday to get me the best deal. Oh and the people or inspector that works with them or they recommend are very profesional as well.

I especially recommend Evy Elliot, she is very professional and highly knowledgeable about the insurance industry, also possesses a friendly and compassionate attitude. She took her time to find me and my family the best policy for my home and at a great price.
