When a client finds big mistakes in his/her policies, spends 20 min on hold, explains the problem, is told that this requires a rewrite and is promised a call back within 24 hours, gets no follow up, calls the broker 2 days later and gets no apology or acknowledgment of our understandable frustration, is interrupted and treated with sarcasm and an extremely rude attitude, enough is enough.
