Established in 1990, we are a family owned and operated independent insurance agency located in Southern California. Our Founder and CEO Gini Sosa Marquardt started in the insurance business in 1975 as an underwriter for Safeco Insurance Company in Fountain Valley. After getting her Insurance license she joined Far West Financial Insurance Services, a subsidiary of Far West Savings & Loan in 1982.
Homeowners insurance is made up of coverages that may help pay to repair or replace your home and belongings if they are damaged by certain perils, such as fire, lightning, smoke, wind, vandalism or theft to name a few. The policy also includes personal liability which helps protect your assets and covers defense costs in the event of a lawsuit.

R. Spencer did not apply high pressure sales tactics. Instead, he spent his time discovering what my needs are, then, he searched the markets to find products that fit my needs and my budget. One day he calls me and says I have some interesting news for you. Did you know that your property no longer needs flood insurance your zoning has changed. Now that is a professional.

I've been with Valley West for almost 20 years and I am very pleased with their customer service and follow up skills. Especially Robert, since he has been my agent for probably about 10 years. Very responsive and always get back to me right away, great agent! I have my primary home, multiple rental properties, auto, umbrella policy, etc all with Valley West. Our agent (Robert Spencer) was a joy to work with. Very quick to respond, provided lots of information/quotes, but no pressure. He always followed up to my questions in a timely manner and we did a lot of stuff via email as well as phone calls. I feel like he took the time to help me and my husband with our situation and answer all our questions.

Aime is very helpful and always there to assist me in getting the best insurance for me. She makes sure that I am covered and went extra lengths making sure I was taken care of.
