We really appreciate the time you took to train our staff on safety lifting, ergonomics, and handling equipment with moving parts (PPE). I don't know much about insurance and they really took the time to answer all my questions. Their knowledge and experience contributed in savings of almost half of my last year's premium. That's experience and customer service beyond my expectations! I would recommend them to anyone. We would like to thank you and your team for such a great turnaround in closing the claims and for the eliminated reserves.

Our business had a tough issue with our Workers Compensation, but Rena helped me get everything straightened out. She was very responsive and very knowledgeable. Their agency also offers a lot of additional services besides just insurance coverage for businesses. Very happy to be with Excelsure and will definitely recommend them.
