After many years of having several policies with this company, I learned the hard way they couldn't have been less on my side than when they were needed. The carrier tried to shirk their obligation to which I had to engage them legally. I was dragged endlessly through a legal process that cost tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees which their multiple settlement offers resulted in paying.
Not once did I hear from the agent other than asking for premium payments along the way. Regardless of the favorable settlement, I still lost much more than they paid. A lesson learned the hard way for my family.
