Called to speak with Brian who was recommended by a friend. Woman who answered the phone was obnoxious to say the very least! Everything was difficult, or impossible she just kept throwing out every obstacle known to man without even letting me speak with the agent. What kind of business has a non customer service personality answer their phone? It was not only aggravating but insulting to be treated in such a way! ( They were to busy) I would give them a zero rating if possible. As a former business owner that person would not have lasted a day or even an hour in our businesses! Disgusted.

I was with B and B insurance for 5 years. My policy was cancelled due to a misunderstanding between me and one of the employees when I called back to try to get my insurance reinstated both of the women I spoke with were very rude and Susan proceeded to yell at me and speak over me on the phone. I don't know what happened if there's new management or what but I'm very disappointed with the changes.

Within a month of being B&Bs client, they have failed to first, supply my lien holder with proof of insurance - causing said lien holder to threaten repossession my vehicle. Now, I receive a letter from the insurance company giving a cancellation notice due to co-signer not being added or excluded. I signed paperwork with Kristen in the office excluding the co-signer on my vehicle from my policy.
The letter was mailed to me 10 days ago, they receive electronic notifications of policy issues and have yet to contact me regarding this issues. Seriously dissatisfied with this agency and wish I had done more research before giving them my business.
