Leslie Kay's is by far the best in class with customer service, as well as working on getting the best rates for their clients. I had called into Leslie Kay's on their regular phone number. I unknowingly was speaking with Leslie intel the end of the phone conversation about getting new insurance on a new Motorcycle purchase. She had went above, and beyond on getting my old Insurance Policy canceled out, and then getting me into my new policy with the best rate possible.

It's humbling knowing that their is still good business owners out there that are truly down to earth, and willing to put in the work, and help their clients / customers. Excellent service, Jamie helped me expedite motorcycle insurance here in Florida for a very affordable price. I have been with State Farm for over 30 years and have 6 different policies there. I will give Leslie Kay a shot at bundle. I will update review with results at a later date.

Amazing pricing here! I'm in Missouri, started using Leslie Kay's because my parents did. Really the cheapest insurance I've ever seen. Only half the cost for three months of full coverage that Flo or Shaq tried to charge a month for basic liability, state required minimum. My parents have been using them for over a decade and gave never had any issues at all.

Even when my Mom had an accident, the claim was quick and painless. Also her rate did not go up. I would definitely recommend Leslie Kay to anyone currently looking, even if you are covered give them a call, they can save you tons!

Been a customer for over a decade now and don't plan on going anywhere else for another decade. They have made my vehicle and motorcycle purchases as easy as a phone call and im covered. I have added vehicles early Saturday morning and late night during the week and someone is always available willing to get me on the road. My rates are very competitive and Ive even had something unexpected come up like we all have and needed to make a payment arrangement and the helped me out without any penalties or lapse in my coverage. Its a breathe of fresh air to be treated like a person and not a account.

I have been switching my policies one the last couple of years and Chris Ramiro and everyone in their office have been very helpful. They saved me over $1000 on my car insurance in Texas. So they can help you outside of Florida if needed. I get calls back and quick responses on all of my questions. They are very knowledgeable and have also helped me chose lower deductibles where I need them and explained in a way the at helped me make those decisions. This company sucks! They will give you a not-so-better rate ($600/year) then after few days will bump up your premium to $800+ (due to misquote). If you cancel it, you will be forced to pay cancellation and cost you a "pro-rated" rate based on the rate you never agreed upon. It's probably agent's mishandling but I tried to negotiate this matter with them but fell on deaf ear.

I can't believe this company will stoop down for small possible amount just to rip you off. If you want progressive, go directly to progressive. I got a better deal by calling PROGRESSIVE after cancelling my insurance with this shady Leslie Kay (Progressive offered me $550/year). Save yourself from trouble, why go thru this agent if you can go directly to progressive and get a better deal?

Leslie Kay's has been my agent for several years and has provided stellar customer service. Their knowledge of insurance coverage and explanation has been outstanding. Most insurance agents know very little about motorcycles but at Leslie Kay's they were able to give me great advice specific to my bike insurance and also provide competitive auto insurance rates with a multi policy discount. Add to that they answer the phone 7 days a week. Great experience!
