Aweful customer service. Ive known the people here for 20 plus years. I own an HVAC company in Columbia. I just could not believe the way that they operated my account. If you want to get dropped by your insurance.go here. I've used 2 agents here Andy and Paul. I didn't know Andy but I've known Paul for years. Both let me down and almost cost my company a considerable amount of money.

I definitely expected better. I went up the street to someone else after they wrote mymcompany with a company who dropped me quickly after my premium was collected. Yesterday I found out my General liability was going to be cancelled Monday for not paying on an adjustment 228.00. I expected better.

I've used Adams Eaddy for several years. While I rarely need to file a claim, when it happens, they process them very quickly and fairly. I recently had some change-of-life events. Christine really had my back. She reached out to me to make sure my policies were being updated to reflect the changes and make sure I wasn't over spending.
