The staff has been pleasant the few times I've been here. With covid and such I assume they were short staffed the first time so wanted to give them a second try. Sadly the outside of the building is getting bad. And my second and third visits ended with undercooked biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy that had covers that weren't secured and as such dumped in the bag.

I was recently involved in a fender bender with someone insured by Society. I ended up working with Jessica. She was very professional and worked thru the details with both parties. Everything was resolved in a couple days in a fair manner and I received my payment for repairs shortly after. Nice dealing with a Wisconsin company too. Thanks!

I have been working with this insurance company on a workman's compensation claim for over 9 months. Beyond the general lack of customer service, I have had my payments stop a minimum of 3 times because the adjusters were "out of the office" or forgot to send it through. Then they apparently suspended my claim because one of their adjusters messed up and they hadn't caught it for months.

No phone call was received and a letter did not come for weeks (I live in the same town). Anyone I talked to had absolutely no sense of care that you would expect from even the worst customer service or any generalized empathy to my concerns or the situation. Then the manager I spoke to basically accused me of not having the proper documents and that I was lying.

She asked me to send the doctors note (which I did with a screen shot of the time and date the prior email was sent in June it is now September). She would not allow me to send them to her or even review them that day that I would have to wait further for the adjuster to come back. She is raising her voice and requesting I be more professional when I asked questions about why, if this was all done according to her illegally, since June that they are just now doing something about it and why I am being blamed for the company mistake.

She became continually aggressive. This was especially frustrating as my file clearly states this was a traumatic brain injury causing impaired function mentally and emotionally and I was treated as though I not only made the mistake but deserved to be scolded for it.

Extremely poor customer service. I have gotten the run around from this company multiple times. Recently I had a refund check "float around" in the mail for 8 months without my knowledge, I finally get it and am unable to cash the expired check, so then the company has the nerve to require me to provide all of this documentation to prove I am the business owner that they should have on file in the first place. I have still not received my refund, almost like their job is to get you to give up so they can keep your money.

Ran a beverage business for 10 years in a building I got insured by society insurance. Had a castisorphic failure on my brick facade due to extreme cold a few years back. Called society to make insurance claim. They refused to cover the damage after I gave one of there inspectors access to building. Then called city departments on me after making claim with them causing me huge problems with city inspection departments. There actions lead me to loose building and business shortly after that. I would not trust this company.

I can't say enough how helpful and efficient Society Insurance was during a power outage at my independently run restaurant. They were easy to communicate with, exceptionally understanding and eminently helpful. A small business like mine facing an unexpected and indefinite loss of power can be devastating, both financially and emotionally. Society allowed me to focus on the steps I needed to take to cope and move forward rather than dwell on the impact the event itself had on my business. I can't thank them enough.

This company refuses to do the right thing! A front tooth of mine broke when eating at a restaurant (which I won't name). I was eating a veggie pizza. The crust was burnt on my last piece of pizza. Part of a burnt pizza never bothered me before but when I bit down onto it a front tooth broke. Now I've recieved a letter saying they won't pay to get my tooth fixed. I'm looking for a lawyer now. There is no negative star to click on.

After an experience with this company involving one of their customers hitting my husband's parked car, I would never even consider getting insurance from them. Also I hope to never have to deal with a claim through them ever again. It took 4 days for the agent to even call us the first time and then more than a week to get back to us after they received the estimate. After that they quibbled about every piece of the estimate. If I could give less than one star I would.

This company is terrible. Very shady. Please avoid them. They insured the contractors who installed my roof. It leaks in many places, they installed the roofing incorrectly because they obviously didn't know what they were doing. They left nail holes in the roof, the lapped the roofing the wrong way, they didn't overlap it according to manufacturers instructions.

They did a sloppy job. It's so bad no one will fix it, all contractors and construction experts say I have to replace it. Society insurance said it was fine. With the help of a lawyer i got less than half of the price I paid for my roof, which isn't enough to replace it. If your contractor fails you and is insured by this company, dont expect to come out even. Expect to be ripped off.

This is a very dishonest company. Avoid them at all costs. I'd deleted my yelp app years ago. Got it back and signed up for a new account here just to post this here to warn others. Please go with a better insurance company. You might pay a little more but those savings come at a cost.

Since day one, I was paid ahead on my business insurance premium, but they still gave me 4 late charges because they didn't receive the EXTRA money on the scheduled bill day. They essentially made interest off MY money and penalized me for it. I ask to have them reversed and they wouldn't do it.
