While looking for new insurance, I was referred to McClone. The staff here was very attentive and caring. They helped make the transition from my prior agency flawless and easy. I have 2 boats, 2 snowmobiles, an atv, 2 cars, a house, and various other valuable items I needed coverage for. They were able to recommend the coverages I need and some I didn't need. I appreciate the time they spent helping get it right, so I have the peace of mind that all of my insurance needs have been met.

We recently had a situation where my son was hospitalized for a couple of months. During that time our crop insurance needed to be paid by a deadline to meet certain criteria so that our wheat would be covered. Our agent left Mc Clone and we were assigned a new agent. According to our previous agent if a client hasn't made a payment he would call and ask if there was a reason it wasn't paid or an over site because he is also affected. Needless to say we were at Children's hospital during this time and were never given a call and due to our circumstances with our critically ill child we somehow missed the payment.
All we asked for was a note stating that we did not receive this call and Pat Mc Clone has not done that for us so that we may have a chance to get a reversal of the decision. I just don't feel that a family who has dumped a substantial amount of money with the same company for many years should have to beg for help with a simple letter. We understand that maybe it won't even help but to us it's worth a try.
I just want people to be aware of what they buy and to make sure that you look for good customer service, in my opinion this is just not the place. If anyone else has had experiences good or bad I think we should share them.
