When I had trouble keeping home owner's insurance due to the age of the house and living in Florida, the agent help find one for me. My previous agent had given up, and eventually called to find out who I was able to get. Now, years later, I requested my previous inspection form from them. I already had a new policy ready on my own, but Gloria was extremely helpful and professional even though she knew there was no benefit to her. She sent me what I requested immediately and also provided me with some additional info which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Coast Insurance.

Good people, Great experience. The staff is professional, polite, and made things easy to understand. They made some recommendations that I hadn't thought of before and things my other provider did not mention. Kristen was awesome and the admin staff was very helpful. I highly recommend them.

I had the most positive experience with Wendy at Atlantic Coast Insurance. After many years with a nationally known company I found Atlantic Coast provided me with the best value and security on homeowners insurance. Wendy was extremely attentive, quick to respond and answered every question I had. Def 5 stars!

Critical: Professionalism Very poor and unprofessional service. Did not bother to look for best policy to fit my needs. Entered into a policy on my behalf without my authorization and refused to contact the company to resolve the situation. Threatened to ruin my credit if I did not pay the bill.

My home insurance policy was evidently filed incorrectly. The ins. co. said to call Shoff who filed it. I wasn't notified at all, and by blind luck I found out only a couple weeks before the policy would have been cancelled after talking with my mortgage co. Switching agents (and provider). Shoff is probably fine most of the time but my policy slipped through the cracks. Would have been tremendously unhappy if something happened.
