Services
Many of our customers have experienced the misfortune of hurricane damage in the past. We were there when we were needed to document losses and assist with expediting claims processing. Most of our clients have not forgotten our response in the 2005 or 2016 hurricane season, because we hear "thank you" regularly.

When our insurance company decided they weren't going to carry the type of insurance we need anymore (HOA) I reached out to our neighbors to see who they suggested for insurance. They referred me to Barry Renew. I've called five times since March and left messages and text multiple times trying to get a quote from this company. I spoke to Mr. Hill the first week in May and he asked me to send him our Dec page which I did.
He said to give him a week. 2 weeks later after no word from their office I called again. This time I was told that I can't get a quote for new insurance until we're within 30 days of our insurance canceling so I waited. He told me not to panic because he would have a quote for me around the 28th of May. Our HOA Insurance expires on June 28th. Around June 6th (after hearing nothing) I reached out again!
This time I spoke to Mr. Hill who said he was on his way back to the office and would put in for some quotes for us. A week later he text me to send a report that shows we have no losses. (A week after he said he submitted our info for a quote) I did that. It's now 17 days until our insurance expires and I have nothing. Today I told him I had a few quotes from other agencies and he said that was good, I should go with them because he won't have a quote for us for several days after he turns in the loss report. Disappointing!
I think we need an agent who actually reply's to emails and phone calls. If their customer service is this bad before we have a policy what will it be like after we give them our money! What a waste of my time!

Josh and the whole Ranew team go above and beyond to find the best coverage and the best price for my many condo associations. When a claim must be filed, Josh is right there to help make sure it is properly taken care of.
