- STAY AWAY! 0 STARS! They are a fraud! - Customer service rep Christopher Monk hung on me during our conversation. If you want to get your WC policy cancelled and have David Agency only collect your dues, then work with them without any coverage. Very poor Agency. We reported them to BBB and filed a claim in small claims to have our money refunded. -STAY AWAY!- you will save your self a lot of aggravation.

Claims Adjuster Supervisor Andrew White is rude and very unprofessional. Absolutely terrible customer service! Very condescending and he refused tell me the name of his supervisor's name. I am asking him questions and his tone was as if I was lying. How he is a supervisor is beyond me. I was telling him what happened and his tone of "oh really" and "are you sure" made me beyond mad and shocked this man has a job. I will be asking for someone else to take over my claim and probably leave Met Life.

Our company, NeoChloris Inc. has purchased corporate insurance policies from The David Agency including Worker's Comp and Liability. We have found them to be very responsive to our needs, fairly priced and offering what we needed for our small business. We appreciate their hard work on our behalf and do not recommend to recommend them to other companies.

As with most people, I shopped around for insurance myself and selected what I thought was a good deal on my policies. Based on a recommendation though, I gave them a call and the quote/policies that they lined up for me were SIGNIFICANTLY better than what I did on my own. They are always friendly and over time have recommended changing policies due to life events or better options being available. I'm not really sure what else you could ask for.

The people at the David agency are great and very knowledgeable. They helped me save money and get better coverage then three other companies. I have commercial insurance with them.

Was a client for years, nothing changed. Bill from the insurance cam as usual. Then, after a random review they decide to charge more for a policy that has already been fully paid and expired. After months of trying to clear it all up they enforce the bill. No claims, no changes, not even an existing policy. just more money for absolutely nothing. Have to pay it or my business get dinged on the credit score. Just a scam. stay away!

Extremely displeased with this company. They sent my entire credit card number in an email. They need to review current proper technology standards. It is unacceptable for a company to endanger customers financial records. When I shared my concerns she said I could have faxed or mailed my whole credit card number. Somehow they think that is much more safe.

It is not secure to send the entire credit card number via email, fax, or mail and I have never known a company to do so. It is unacceptable that they are unaware of what can be hacked and what is not safe to put in emails. I do not trust this company with my information and have cancelled services.

My business building insurance is with the David Agency. The strong winds in December blew part of the building's roof off. Of course, I was on vacation when it happened. Within a day, I had advice from the Agency and the insurance provider, permission to proceed to get the problem fixed and a check within a week after I submitted the invoices for repair. It was a stressful problem, and Larry Spone from the David Agency and Rebecca from Accuity took exceptional care to solve this problem while I was out of town. Thanks all!

STAY AWAY! These company are liars. They damage your vehicle and claim they caused no damage, even thought it is on the BOL. The driver also will not allow you to put ALL the damage they caused before ripping the BOL out of your hands and not providing a copy. They dropped my vehicle when they picked it up and they obviously do not know how to load vehicles.

Their insurance company, The David Agency (Priscilla in particular) back them up and are con artists as well! The Sr. Dispatcher is their claims person, Evo and is so RUDE and HANGS up on you. Their is something called KARMA! They caused so much damage and they THINK they will get away with it, but they are not invisible. I would RUN and never give this company 1 cent because they are not worth anything!

As you can see in the photos, they literally BURNED rubber to drive the car up the ramp causing the ramp to kick out and the car to drop causing damage. The driver Miklaus does not obviously know how to load a car and then drove the car up backwards onto the ramp. They dropped the car off when we were not even on-sight and left it over night in a construction area that left the car covered in filth.

This care is kept ALWAYS in a heated garage. Again, Montway and David Agency Insurance company cause damage and claim "nothing happened and no damage was done to the vehicle" NEVER, NEVER use this company!

We had a very poor experience with communication and responsiveness with The David Agency. There were several occasions where we emailed asking a question about our coverage or seeking to make a small change in our coverage where we never hit a response or the response came weeks later. When we finally had enough and got new insurance elsewhere and went to cancel our coverage through them, again our cancellation notices went unanswered.

We had to hound them and got excuses why it was taking so long - and it took two months to finally get refund checks for the three policies we had with them. There are MUCH better and more responsive agents out there

I have been with the David Agency for many years and have worked with many wonderful agents over the years. They have always found a way to offer advice or suggestions on my policies that would allow us to save money and still get the best coverage possible. In the past few years, I have had the pleasure of working directly with Angela Krause. In fact, we had recently purchased two newer vehicles and she worked hard finding us a company with comparable coverage at a much reduced rate.

She made the entire process of switching all of our policies over painless. Not only was she quick, but also very pleasant to work with! Thank you so much for all the years of wonderful service!

We have been with the David Agency for over 8 years. We have always been very satisfied with the service that we have received but for the last 2 years or so we have worked directly with Angela Krause. She is unbelievable. She has always been on top of our policies; Primary house, rental house and car insurance. She really helped out last year when we had a broken pipe in our primary home while my husband and I were out of the country.

She handled everything. She was on top of everything. When I returned, another pipe burst in our rental property. I was at my limit but Angela took over and handled everything again. I could not have handled all the stress without her. We have recommended Angela specifically to friends and they were blown away at the service she provided. She is always available to answer any questions I might have and if she isn't sure right then, she always gets back to me in a very timely fashion. I can't recommend Angela enough.
