Founder of The Dungan Group, Otis brings over 30 years of experience to the firm. He began his career in 1978 and his subsequent experience has been in executive level sales, brokerage and consulting for major insurance and benefit services firms. This includes working with a large third-party administrator, a stop loss carrier and one of the world's foremost benefit consulting companies.
