Myself and my family have dealt with them for years. I refer them to whoever asks about insurance. They really work with each customer to get them what fits them and their needs. I get calls to switch and I refuse to leave such a reliable company with a great staff that always has taken such good care of me. Its one of those things you are really glad you have it when you need it.

The people at Rally are amazing. Issues they have helped me with in a fast, friendly, manner: flat tires in sub zero temps, forgetting my insurance card on vacation and needing it for car rental, oh and when in a fluke - mice ate the wiring in my car! (the folks at Rally helped me get a free rental and made sure my claims were filed correctly so that all of the repairs were covered).
From my home to auto, anything and everything has been explained to me, and executed in a timely manner for a competitive price. I also know that Rally regular gives to charitable and community causes. I recommend them highly.

I've been looking to switch insurance agents for quite some time. When I found Rally, I knew I had the right group to help me out! Seems like a lot of people want to speed through the process of purchasing auto and home insurance these days, "15 minutes could save you 15% or more.," well, Rally saved me money, but because they take the time to develop a relationship with you, the look for gaps in your coverage and make sure you're completely protected! Jeff Bell took the time to video chat with my husband and I and make sure he was creating a policy that truly supported our needs as customers. AND he saved us money. More than 15%, in fact. But to me, the amazing customer service and someone who knows you to answer your calls.that's priceless!

I recently made the switch to Rally Insurance and already know it was a great decision. Jeff Bell at Rally found a lot of holes in my previous auto and home policies, and helped me cover the gaps AND save money. I know everyone thinks buying online is easier, but once you've needed your agent to help you with a claim, you know better! I can't recommend Rally highly enough.

I came across Rally after running into difficulties finding insurance for my Manx'ish buggy - what a Godsend! A completely enjoyable experience - Kelsey was awesome - very communicative, simple, straight forward, and fast-fast-fast! Oh, not to mention the prices were far less than the current policy that holds the buggy with the same coverage - it's a Win-Win for me and anyone else that chooses Rally. I mailed in my application on a Monday to another insurance company for my specialty car. When I called them it was Friday and they told me they mailed back my check because they can't insure my car. So now it's Friday morning and I really want some insurance for the weekend is here. I asked friends advice and Googled for companies. Struck out 4 times.
One one I filled out a huge form, emailed it and they said they would get back to me in 2 days. Finally got a nice person on the phone at Rally Insurance. Yes, they could do my insurance and complete it today. Filled out a couple of forms, did some scanning and emailing of documents and by 5pm I had my insurance card. They were pretty easy to work with too.

Was looking to cover a kit car I'd just bought and came up empty after calling four Famous Insurance Companies. About to throw in the towel, so frustrating. Then I was referred to Rally. I used Rally's web site to get an automated quote and loved the prices. Called their 800 number shortly thereafter and worked with Kelsey to complete the application. just a couple of pages, some pictures of the car, and I was done. The next day my new policy arrived by email. Super fast, super easy, happy I found Rally! Thanks Kelsey!

Found Rally Insurance after not being able to insure an old car that we bought. From the start, everyone I've talked to has been extremely helpful and friendly. Jessica, Samantha, and Kelsey have all been working with me to figure out the best policy the car and have worked with me with some of the issues we encountered in the process. They didn't ever rush me to fix the paper work that I needed to fix, which I had to do more than once.
Without a doubt, their great customer service is what makes me give them their 5 stars. Also, not expensive whatsoever. Definitely recommend Rally Insurance Group to anyone that is looking for an affordable, great customer service, outstanding insurance!

Been working with Ellen and her group for years. Prices are very competitive, staff is extremely knowledgeable. They review my policies every year and make suggestions on ways to save money or get better coverage. Very responsive when you need them, they understand what customer service is all about.

They were able to get me a cheaper quote that saved be about 30%. Saving money on my insurance means I can spend more money on race tires.

Over the years, my husband and I have been solely with the "big companies" - paying more and probably not getting the best coverage for the money. We went with Rally a couple of years ago for our 2 cars, homeowners and a classic car policy. Not only are we with top line insurance companies but our rates went way down from the "big guys". The customer service is also top-notch. Whenever we have a question, Lars and/or Ellen get back to us quickly and with detailed answers. Very happy we switched to having Rally help with our insurance needs.
